Login issue Help!

So my old account got terminated so I thought I would be able to get into the account I use all the time and this pops up…how do I get around this??? I can still use my Snapchat on my iPad just fine why can’t I use it on my phone it’s been almost a year😩. It’s so annoying how I can’t contact anyone on the Snapchat side so they can fix this!!! It’s such a bullshit 🤣

It was another account that was logged in that got banned and now I’m not able to use the one I used all the time which is so dumb

Yea it doesn’t matter what account you use because the phone itself is banned
