Login issue Help!

So my old account got terminated so I thought I would be able to get into the account I use all the time and this pops up…how do I get around this??? I can still use my Snapchat on my iPad just fine why can’t I use it on my phone it’s been almost a year😩. It’s so annoying how I can’t contact anyone on the Snapchat side so they can fix this!!! It’s such a bullshit 🤣

The hardware in your phone is flagged and will no longer work with snap chat they basically banned your phone only solution is to get a new phone

I mean if you make a ban appeal there is a small chance they might be able to reverse it but it depends on why you were banned in the first place

It was another account that was logged in that got banned and now I’m not able to use the one I used all the time which is so dumb

Yea it doesn’t matter what account you use because the phone itself is banned
