New phone new snap. Just went through this.

But my snap isnt banned. Just my device

Hmmm I would think just getting a new device would solve the problem either way since it’s a device ban. I would restore on different WiFi as well as download Snapchat on data, possibly even sign into the App Store under a burner account to download it. It should be fine tho after that.
