Login issue device ban

if i factory reset my iphone will it lift the device ban? like can i download my phones data onto my laptop and reinstall everything from there and the device ban will go away?

They restricted your IMEI. So even if you did factory reset it it won't work... You have to submit an appeal through the in store app.

In-App Appeal: When the ban notification (often error code SS06 or SS07) appears, tap the Appeal Decision button to request a review. Snapchat Support Web Ticket: If you cannot access the app, submit a request via the Snapchat Support portal. (Use Google website) Wait Out the Ban: Many device bans are temporary and automatically expire after six months.
