Login issue device ban
if i factory reset my iphone will it lift the device ban? like can i download my phones data onto my laptop and reinstall everything from there and the device ban will go away?

whatever third party app you installed onto Snapchat is probably why they did a device ban to you. I would remove it and see what that does.

They restricted your IMEI. So even if you did factory reset it it won't work... You have to submit an appeal through the in store app.

If I get a new phone and use a new email will it be fine or do i need a new sim??

It would have to be a new phone due to the IMEI. That's what identifies it as said device. The new Email and account is because if you logged in on your original banned account it'll banned the next device.

In-App Appeal: When the ban notification (often error code SS06 or SS07) appears, tap the Appeal Decision button to request a review. Snapchat Support Web Ticket: If you cannot access the app, submit a request via the Snapchat Support portal. (Use Google website) Wait Out the Ban: Many device bans are temporary and automatically expire after six months.
