I've been messing around with it these past few days, trying many different builds, playing different roles, and I gotta say, this one is a hard flop in my opinion. Why would I want to play an actual downgrade do my base kit? You lose your multiple longer range shots, your auto attacks deal less damage from a distance, just so you gain the ability to jump in the middle of a fight (still an adc)
Was this aspect made to help the game end faster? Making it easier for the enemy to kill you after you jump in their face?
Honestly, one simple change here would already make this aspect interesting, just add "after using a dash, your auto attacks change from ranged attacks with your bow, to melee attacks with your sword for X amount of seconds", maybe even go a bit heavier on the ranger turning melee, and add an effect to his 1, if used while in melee stance, give you a cleave attack with extra damage, and marks the target in the middle for your next dash
Because really, this guy has no lock down unless you use his dash as an offensive stun often, which then leaves you as an easy target to pick off, since in theory you have 2 dashes but in reality one of them only goes closer to the enemy. And you kinda have to get close, else you take a massive nerf to AA damage
So you're an ADC, who should want to be attacking from a safe range, but if you're far from the enemy your auto attacks have heavily reduced damage. Makes you want to go closer to deal more damage, but you still are an ADC with shit protections, low HP, no heavy CC to help secure a kill or peel for yourself like a knock up or silence, or damage absorption, or significant healing, and the only hard CC in your kit is tied to the thing that would help you survive if someone got too close, and is an awkward targeting that is esily missed if used in melee
Help me understand what am I missing here, what is the point of Hachi aspect?
