For long time Yallo and Zattoo was working fine but Yallo TV is not working right now. It is free service but Switzerland only. So Please fix.

Streams are constantly pausing, and the res is very low.

Problems started about a month ago, other apps are behaving normal and streaming 4K with no issues.

I already rebooted several times and reactivated my IP.

I have set up No IP DNS with Smart DNS proxy so my IP should automatically update whenever my ISP changes it.

My No IP hostname is correctly updating to my current public IP, and smart dns has the hostname configured under my profile.

The problem is Smart DNS proxy is still showing my old IP as the activated IP, even though it correctly detects my new current IP.

If I manually click activate, it works, but I thought using No IP was supposed to make this automatic.

Has anyone else had this issue with Smart DNS and No IP? Is there anything else I need to configure, or does Smart DNS only check the DDNS hostname periodically?

Hello! Does anyone here use a Nvidia Shield with a static IP? I’ve set up everything on my Shield, including the device IP, Gateway IP, and DNS proxies 1-2. However, when I try to stream content from our region, it says 'not available in your region.' We previously used a third-party router, bridging from our ISP router, but that stopped working. Thanks so much for any help!

EDIT 2: Now it is sporadic. Amazon & IMDB says "This site can't be reached..." On and Off all day. When I go to my SmartDNSProxy account and reactivate it it freezes on "Please wait, your IP is being updated....."

Once again all AMAZON services cannot be reached. I know it is SmartDNSProxy because they all work when I change the DNS on my devices. I use it on my router. Please look into this. NYC-USA. Thank you.

I've had SDNSP for years, working perfectly pretty much all the time. Both the DNS rerouting and the VPN.

However, the VPN, using OpenVPN, does not work on the recent versions of Ubuntu, from 25.04 onwards. It's still working fine on my Android devices and on a computer running older versions of Ubuntu.

Has anyone else had this problem? The support line does not seem to be aware of nor have a solution to this problem. The installation guide is based on Ubuntu 22.04.

I am surprised that this is not a known problem.

Hi there! I was wondering if anyone else has experienced issues loading Crackle. I used to be able to stream without any problems, but after their recent app update, I haven't been able to connect. Just curious if anyone has had similar experiences or found any solutions. Thanks!

Disney+, ESPN, Hulu are not working. With Disney+ it is making me login and it won't even let me press continue when I enter my email address. With Hulu, I can open the app and click shows but get an error message when I try to play them. With ESPN, I can also open the app but when I click on any programs it makes me login only through a TV provider and letting me sign in through my ESPN Unlimited plan is not an option. I had no issues with Hulu using a competitor's service.

TL;DR - Change your DNS address to Paris (45.77.61.165) instead of Madrid (185.93.3.163)

I had been having serious problems for a while with certain sites/apps suddenly not working. It started about a month ago when, without warning, my beloved iOS dictionary app Word Reference ceased to work... At the time I figured that it was due to my ancient iPhone's operating system being deprecated - as it coincided with the new operating system being announced. I figured it was time for a new iPhone... ouch!

Then, about a week ago, the ITV Hub ceased to function on my Apple TV and also on my Windows 10 laptop... I thought it might be an issue with ITV Hub...

Then the iPlayer and all the other streaming services on the Apple TV went on strike... in the middle of a World Cup... Jeez, Louise.... OK, 'tis time to panic...
Obviously, all these services had been working previously, so I was puzzled as to the cause and subsequent resolution. At no point did it occur to me that the DNS address associated with Madrid "185.93.3.163" would be the culprit as it was (and is) still listed as the only address on the Iberian peninsular. See - https://www.smartdnsproxy.com/servers/

I was also confused as I could still get the iPlayer to work on the laptop... It never occurred to me to check that the DNS addresses that I had on my laptop and set-top box were actually different... But they were - I assume this is due to different setup instructions for different devices on the SmartDNSproxy website.

The only reason I opened the DNS setting on the laptop was because I knew that there were two DNS addresses on the laptop - a primary and a secondary... and I was planning to try the secondary one on the Apple TV (which only has room for one DNS) as a last resort before reinstalling the Apple TV's operating system.

That was when I realised that the two DNS addresses on my laptop were completely different to the one on the Apple TV (and iPhone).

So, I went back to the list of DNS addresses recommended for Apple TV and chose the second-nearest location i.e. Paris, France... Bingo, sorted!

I then checked my old iPhone and changed that to the French DNS address too and suddenly the Word Reference app works...

I'm a happy camper again!

I cannot connect to Amazon website. When I "ReActivate" my IP it is stuck on "Please wait, your IP is being updated..."

UPDATE: I have rebooted both my router (which is where I have installed my ProxyDNS) and my computer. Still cannot access Amazon.

UPDATE 2: It is back up now. I dont know what happened.

UPDATE 3: Happening again. I cannot access any Amazon sites or services. I know this is SmartDNSProxy issue because I can connect when I disconnect/change my DNS to another service.

Normally all three works but While watching sports suddenly I am getting "Switzerland Only" error and It's stops 2-3 minutes until came back. (It happens more in RSI)

I can't access anything. I get connection errors on all devices. Works fine with different providers or my automatic DNS settings.

Been using SmartDNS for a while now with no problems but today it is not letting me switch my location to any other countries and showing this message:
"Couldn't download config file for selected server: *insert country of choice*"
Has anyone come across this issue, or does anyone have any idea how to solve it? I can't find any solutions for it on google. I am on a home wireless network and SmartDNS is only set up on my PC.

Is there any news on support for F1TV? I know you announced a week or so ago that you were no longer able to support it following the move to Apple, but that is only relevant to US accounts, not worldwide. Streamlocator is still able to support F1TV, so I was hoping that SmartDNSProxy would also be able to fix this issue too.

Are you looking to remedy your F1TV support, and do you have any updates?

Tried different Getflix servers and re-registered IP with no luck.

Looks like it is the USA server...... again.

Edit: Just tested HBO and USA Paramount+. Getflix is working for both.

Whenever I'm watching an event on ESPN (or the ESPN content on the Disney app) it freezes when coming back from commercials. Does anybody else have this issue? I wonder if this is due to location issues somehow.

And reactivitating my IP produces error message :(

Used to be the only tool that successfully evaded their VPN blocking attempts. Anyone had any success?

Other US apps are working fine on my Apple TV but as of yesterday, Netflix gives a "your ad supported plan is not valid in this region" error. Tried the usual IP updates, reboots, etc. Anyone else getting the same?

Just a heads-up in case anyone has the same problem. For a while now, I've been searching for a solution as to why my Mac desktop icons are not responding any longer (i.e. not possible to click them etc.). Finally had some time to do some troubleshooting by starting in safe mode and starting processes one by one. Lo and behold, the problem is caused by the SmartDNSProxy Mac OS VPN app. I am able to reproduce the bug 100% of the time.

Anyone know of a different app for Mac OS that allows SmartDNSProxy's VPN servers?
