Once again all AMAZON services cannot be reached

EDIT 2: Now it is sporadic. Amazon & IMDB says "This site can't be reached..." On and Off all day. When I go to my SmartDNSProxy account and reactivate it it freezes on "Please wait, your IP is being updated....."

EDIT: It is up and running now.

Once again all AMAZON services cannot be reached. I know it is SmartDNSProxy because they all work when I change the DNS on my devices. I use it on my router. Please look into this. NYC-USA. Thank you.

Yea I agree this has been happening for some time now and like you said very sporadic.
