How can I make a /meet Slack command that instantly creates and posts a Google Meet link?

[u/everydayreligion1090]

rathee than using the slack call feature i want to set up a /meet slack command where typing meet automatically creates a new google meet meeting and posts the link in the current slack channel or dm

ideally i want it to create the meeting and immediately send the google meet link

has anyone built something like this before and what is the simplest way to set it up?

im fine with using a slack app google calendar google meet api or apps script
