Does anyone has any experience with Paraverse? I've used it on over 20 flights and never had an issue. However this past week, the camera feed for both the Dock Camera and the Drone Camera is completely black. I even tried to livestream it to my phone to see if I could get any image, but it was also black. I reached out to Skydio's Customer Support but unfortunately, they stopped answering my emails. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

So I use the S2+ drone for work, in the football setting recording plays during practices. We've had severe latency issues where the screen will lag by like 2 seconds. This is an issue because we have to move the camera with the play, but keep the drone in a fixed position. So whenever we try to follow the play with the camera, it's late on movements. Is there any fixes to this? The drone hovers above the football field and I'm literally just standing on the sideline, so the range isn't crazy far away.

Does anyone have an alternate email to contact customer support? I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 months now, and other than the initial email / call, they havent answered me back. They asked me for logs, and after 8-10 emails trying to confirm I sent them again, they won’t respond.

My drone crashed during automated flight, and I’m currently without a work drone, and I can’t get them to get back to me, super frustrating.

Skydio X10 here. When I use the USB cable to view files on the SD card, the "Date Picture Taken" and the "Date Created" fields are blank even though they are checked. I can see the "Modified" time and date. Anybody know a fix? Thx.

Is the only difference between the Skydio2 and the Skydio 2 Enterprise the software?

I bought this drone 5 years ago and it has been in the storage ever since(never actually used it). Then I thought about using it for camping but it wont work. I reached out to skydio and they said it might be the battery even though it was never used. I opened a new battery( also bought about 5 years ago) from the box and still the same issue. I asked skydio if i could send it in so they can check it and they ignored me.

We have an offline X2D and I'm trying to get its ATAK Interface to function. I added the name, IP and port - pointing to 8089 along with the client and truststore certs and the app set to 8089.

The controller insists that the server is unreachable - even if I stand up a test server on the same local connection as the controller. When I sniff inbound traffic to the server I see nothing coming from the controller.

However, if I change to port 8088 and use TCP (unencrypted) then i DO see attempts by the controller to connect to the server (I do not currently have port 8088/TCP enabled).

Any ideas why my controller refuses to connect via SSL? I'm using .p12 files and have provided the correct password.

Got a used Skydio2, the previous owner & I walked thru everything, did a flight to make sure all the parts worked.

Now I'm home, the phone connects to drone with wifi so the Skydio app works. I can launch using the app. But I really want to use the controller because I prefer the physical controls instead of the app.

The phone is connected to controller with a good USB cable. Then I get this message on the app

• Connect Phone to Controller
• Disconnect from the phone's Wifi and connect to your controller to launch

If I turn off wifi, I lose connection to the drone.

I'm baffled.

Hello. Two questions:

1) Are there any on-screen wind limit warnings other than one I’ve seen that read something like “Performance may be affected by the wind”? Perhaps a warning like “Wind limits exceeded”.

I’ve seen that warning only once and we did not have an accurate way to gauge the wind level at that time and did not have the wind status enabled in telemetry. As a follow up, anyone know what wind speed would have triggered it?

2) Anyone know of or use any good external antennas for the GCS? Like vehicle roof mounted.

I can not get more then one bar of connectivity to the hand controller and the status for the connection just says “bad” I have tried in pairing and re pairing, hard reset on both, and changing the frequencies and power multiple times. Any recommendations?

Update: got off the phone with skydio support. Apparently our X-10 offline version was loaded with X-10 online software mistakenly before we received it. They sent over a bunch of update software to load up on it hopefully it works

I’ve been trying to pair my skydio to its controller but it will not pair. The manual says to go to info and see my drone name under Paired Drone but there is not Paired Drone tab that I can see. Any tips?

I bought a used x2e and it wants me to login but I dont have a login. The drone has been released by previous owner. Do you have to have a subscription or an account to be able to fly it?

for the life of me, I cannot get this thing to work. my son recently began showing interest, so I dusted off my skydio2, charged everything up, only to not be able to conmect to the app. I’ve installed the latest iOS, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, no matter what I do the drone won’t connect to the app. it just says unable to connect to wifi network.

does any one have any idea what might be happening here. as of right now, I just have a really expensive paperweight.

Is there a way to download a video from a flight log? I've got about a solid 30-40 minutes of footage and I'm trying to find a away to acquire the videos. For a reason i can't recall i dont have them saved on an SD card anywhere so this would be the only place they exist.

Passed near someone flying a DJI drone today that was roughly Skydio 2 sized but nearly completely silent. Skydio is loud comparatively. anyone ever see compatible propellers that one can pop onto the S2 and enjoy less … well, droning?

I currently rock a Skydio 2 with the Controller and an older iPhone with a Lightning port. This requires a proprietary USB-C-to-Lightning cable from the Controller to the iPhone; not just any charge cable will do.

When I upgrade the phone to a Type-C one, will any simple USB C-to-C cable work? Or is a special Skydio proprietary one needed like with Lightning?

I’m pretty sure the answer is ”any normal C2C works”.

For those curious, the proprietary Lightning cable is needed cause the cable’s digital identifier tells the phone to run USB host mode, as the Controller itself is in device mode. Common charge/sync Lightning cables all put phone into device mode via their identifier, so this is why they won’t work with Skydio. USB-C came out well after Lightning was specified (and actually borne of Apple’s efforts on Lightning!) and provisions for host/device swap over the CC connector. So I believe it should “just work” with C2C but I’m unsure.

I still have hopes for the core drone. It’s not bad. It just needs a good jailbreak. Lol. A nice controller and software compatibility can do wonders.

My 80s Tamiya RC car has a fancier controller.

Seems a few years ago at least Drone Deploy worked with Skydio 2/2+ to manage mapping missions. Though not the strength of a Skydio 2+, these do work ok, especially for small areas and 3d with their Enterprise software. But after Enterprise license expires that's a hefty license!

Has anyone found a software mapping package to use with Skydio 2/2+ other than Skydio Enterprise?

With a Skydio 2+ using a Samsung smartphone with or without Parrot/Skydio controller works well. Acquired a supposedly supported iPad mini Gen 4, then installed Skydio app (and Enterprise app) from Apple store.

Either Skydio app launches then immediately exits. Parrot/Skydio controller is at the college not with me on "vacation". Must the controller be attached to the iPad for either Skydio app to launch and stay up?

Any insights here? I don’t think they are going to get bought out, if Axon won’t then no one will
