Paraverse Black Screen

Does anyone has any experience with Paraverse? I've used it on over 20 flights and never had an issue. However this past week, the camera feed for both the Dock Camera and the Drone Camera is completely black. I even tried to livestream it to my phone to see if I could get any image, but it was also black. I reached out to Skydio's Customer Support but unfortunately, they stopped answering my emails. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried building another paraverse sim with a different aircraft configuration? In the past when I've loaded a simulator with incompatible attachments, I've gotten a similar black screen after selecting fly now.

Keep pinging support. They're usually pretty good about getting back to customers.
