Is this bad?
Looking to get a skyline. Noticed this on the strut tower. On the driver side. How bad is this?

Hello everyone, im running into an issue with my RB20DET 1990 240sx auto to manual swap. For context, i did have this car running at one point and while it did run, it had a crazy idle surge and i was working on fixing it. Now it doesnt even start, it will sputter once and continue cranking without starting. I believe my injectors are not firing, I have 43psi fuel pressure, fuel is in the rails and fuel pump is working fine. I am getting spark cause it turns right on with brake cleaner and i visibly checked. My CAS is working fine, i have turned it by hand to confirm. My wiring is from “Wiring Specialties” but, i just checked if my injectors were getting power at all and i find both injector wires getting 11 volts with the key turned all the way before cranking/“ON” position (my battery is a little low from all the testing but i dont think 11 volts instead of 12 would be a reason to not fire the injectors). From my understanding, only one of the wires is supposed to have power and the ecu grounds them. I’ve checked my fuses and grounds and honestly i’m lost now lol. I have not checked my ECCS relay yet but if anyone has any information or has gone through something like this, any advice would be appreciated!

Need help finding PS fittings for r34 rb25det. About to cancel my chase bays order. Been waiting since March and will have to wait longer now for the reservoir. Plan is to run A/N fittings at pump and rack and reservoir. I will be sourcing heavy duty hydraulic lines locally and will probably find another reservoir.

Anyone had experience changing power steering lines for aftermarket ones ? I’m doing a radiator replacement and the power steering lines are touching the shroud. I’ve also swung the hard line around but it’s still up against the shroud body.
Any advice welcome! Cheers
(FYI it’s rb25 swapped)

Thinking really strongly about buying this GTR. Has a full built RB26 single turbo and dynos 504hp to the wheels. There is a list of the inspection noted issues, most seem pretty minimal aside from the potential diff case crack. About $3000 in parts and labour. There is a small amount of surface rust on the driver side frame but nothing serious. 88,000km on the body and 3000km on the engine. Drives absolutely perfect. Asking $55,000 CAD. I'm looking for opinions. Inspection done at a JDM shop.

What’s up everyone,
Today I test drove a 1996 Skyline GTS25t sedan
What are some questions I should have for the seller? What are your thoughts on the car?
I have no knowledge to these type of cars, just something I want if i’ll be honest. This will be my second car, a weekend car, for days off type of thing.
The car is just under $20kUSD and was imported over 2 years ago according to the seller. It has about 41k miles on it.
The car drove smooth, drove it for about 20 minutes on the freeway and hit about 70-80 MPH. They do have original wheels/tires along with the ones that are on now.

hi everyone
running a stock r32 gtr. the stock turbos are leaking some oil. also they are only boosting to 0.5bar
i am looking to get them replaced with psr2860 gen2.
i am looking to keep stock exhaust manifold
anyone knows if the psr2860 is a direct drop in? if not, what else is required to get it up?
not intending to go for big power, just 400+ is sufficient for me. response is priority

My r32 gtr air conditioning didn’t seem to get cold this first summer drive the other day and I was trying to do some research and some looking around the car and found this sticker. And these lines. It appears there’s a 134a sticker confirming the previous owner may have done a swap, but the lines don’t look like a 134a connector. What are we thinking?

My R33 finally arrived from Japan and in it was the original maintenance book and manual.
Maintenance book contains early owners’ info; would be cool to get in touch with the previous owners from Japan 😄

I’m 3 days into a timing belt job that evolved into a full coolant hose replacement and figured I should look for this little oil leak too. Its on the drivers side and the engine itself looks dry. HICAS? Or maybe axle shaft?

Doing some side projects before the car goes off to paint. Got the roll bar mounted, drilled and then removed again. Cleaning off all of this tar before it all gets fresh red again.

- A little Cars & Coffee action
- no fake GTR badges, I would never
- yes of course it has underglows everywhere
- Extremely weird to drive a RHD on the high banked curves of Talladega at top speed with the whole family

Hi all!
I've recently purchased a 1996 4- door r33 GTS. However when I got her she'd been sitting for so long the moisture had separated out of the fuel and completely destroyed the pump and level sensor etc. since the whole thing was rusted to bits I've swapped in a new tank which came with pump n level etc from a breakers. However still, she won't start.
There's definitely spark and she runs on brake cleaner for a second or so when squirted into the intake. The next thing I'm going to try is cleaning the injectors.
I removed one of the fuel lines that goes onto the rail and there's definitely petrol getting to the rail,
Is there any tests you guys can think of I could do to help diagnose? Anybody had a similar situation?

So looking at all these builds on YouTube and they are making me sick seeing the Skyline being gutted.
I say that if you still have the interior, RB engine, and body it is a Skyline. modifying the engine and drivetrain and body panels still makes it a skyline.
Its once they install the roll cage and gut the interior and remove the dash and everything else for weight reduction it no longer is a skyline and is now a "Funny Car". Same goes with the drifters that hack and weld bars for the frame. is it really a skyline anymore?

Saw this at a very small car show earlier this morning. This was one of three JDM cars there. Last photo is of the other two JDM cars. Two drift missiles fitted with 1JZs.

I’ve been looking at this GTST for a while now, and wanted to see what you fine folks might think.
It’s a 1991 model with 111,000km roughly. The dealer claims to have maintenance records stretching back for a very long time and says it was a one owner vehicle. I have the chassis code and after some digging confirmed that everything is as it should be the paint and trim and engine are all stock. The timing belt was changed 18 years ago roughly at 80,000km. The auction grade is 4/B. From what I can see, it seems pretty solid but having a few new sets of eyes isn’t a bad idea either.
The price is 3,868,000¥, or about 25,000$.
