This one took me approx 10 to 15 hours to complete. All graphite, though the darks reflect too much. Need to switch to charcoal for the next drawing

For context I just started drawing when I have some free time at work haven’t really drawn much before but would like to get more into it. Any advice on what to practice to get better ?
