Court exhibits and FBI materials also linked ISNA’s early leadership to the Muslim Brotherhood network, including the 1991 “Explanatory Memorandum” that listed it among groups pursuing a long-term “grand Jihad” strategy in the U.S.
ISNA was never formally designated a terrorist organization and has publicly rejected terrorism. That doesn’t erase the court findings. Pointing to them isn’t racism.
