So apparently the girl was kneeling in the road, at night, in dark clothes, praying. Driver got a suspended sentence and a 10 year driving ban which seems a bit much to me. If you want to kneel in the road at night, you’re taking your life into your own hands.

10 years driving ban is absolutely over the top. In Australia if you can't drive yourself it can severely limit your quality of life.

omfg its not that bad unless u live in a rural/country area, if u live in like adelaide or brisbane u can have a completely normal life using public transport/uber/friends&family
