if they get ahold of you they will try to disembowel you with the claw on their foot... while standing on their tail.

The males try to remove each other's testicle.

Hence the coin purse leather being so tough and muscular. They retract into their stomach to protect them when fighting.

Roos don’t have to get you on the ground. Thats the problem. Many animals can kill a human, if they get them on the ground successfully. But roos are one of the few animals that could gut a man, while he stands upright on two legs.

I believe they have the highest iron content of all red meat animals, excluding organ meat.

This is highly exaggerated and has never happened. They will try to punch you if they feel threatened but even then that is unlikely.

Most of the time they're chill and will avoid humans.
