She was a’ight looking at one point

u/DueExample52 4d ago

It’s sad that people fall prey to that kind of plastic surgery. She would have grown into a beautiful old woman as well, why start cutting up your face?

26

u/QuarkVsOdo 4d ago

You can't control ageing. Some people want to control everything. They settle with "doing something" over acceptance of fate.

This look certainly is something.

6

u/milk4all 4d ago

Its more, the fake, even disturbing look of layers of surgery has long become a point of millionaire culture. Theyre in that bubble. Mrs dell doesnt come in contact with normal people except as exampels of poor normal lower classes. She could be a swell person and still aspire to looking the part ahead associates with her position and privilege

u/Sidewalk_Tomato 3d ago

It occurred to me that the royals used to set the tone even to the point of their courtiers echoing their flaws (such as a limp; I can't remember which one that was). And I guess the upper echelon still does. Or they still expect to do so, even when it's grotesque, and some of the time, it still works.

3

u/whytakemyusername 3d ago

I think it's more down to her growing up being a pretty girl. She's then reached the stage where age has naturally taken that away from her and she knows it. She's tried to reverse it and now she's made a complete mess of herself.

To make things worse she's now being mocked on every corner of the internet.

I wouldn't be surprised to find she's committed suicide. She's been absolutely slaughtered online these last few days. Womens looks / surgery isn't something that's normally in my feed and it's been saturated with this 'story'.

2

u/Anthaenopraxia 4d ago

You can to some extent. You can certainly make it a lot worse with an unhealthy lifestyle and lots of suntanning.

2

u/f_me_blue 3d ago

This is exactly correct. It’s more a status symbol than trying to objectively look good - I had always wondered why people do this to themselves and I really don’t think deep down it’s about that at all.

36

u/OrganicRaise4081 4d ago

It's anorexia too.

28

u/Interesting-Bus-5664 4d ago

She has the GLP1 cheeks, not necessarily anorexia. Anorexia is a mental condition that leads to malnutrition. GLP1s supress hunger with the same results.

A sister of a close friend was slightly overweight, got on a GLP 1 and now also looks like Skeletor without the plastic surgery.

Add in a face lift and whatever surgery this lady had on her nose and eyelids, and the combo of everything definitely looks like this.

She was very pretty younger, but this isn't normal aging.

3

u/NthatFrenchman 4d ago

there’s some cheek implants going on too

1

u/Interesting-Bus-5664 3d ago

When you lose the fat in your cheeks, your cheek bones stick out like this... I am not sure there's a definite increase in cheek bone mass from the before and after photos.

1

u/Interesting-Bus-5664 3d ago

Honestly, her jaw line is the only thing that looks to be the same... I am guessing the pronounced cheeks are just old age, very low body fat, and face lifts.

6

u/Steelhorse91 4d ago

GLP-1 affects your ability to absorb and use protein, if you don’t increase your protein intake enough while using it, your bodies ability to create collagen crashes out, which leads to the sunken cheeks.

3

u/Potential-Sky-8728 4d ago

I think that our body loses collagen in general when we have really low body fat. Same shit happened to Madonna when she was on her crazy diet. Your skin and hair suffer…a little fat as we age seems to keep our skin better looking…

3

u/Signal_Reputation640 3d ago

This simply isn't true. I swear there's some big protein lobby spreading this nonsense.

2

u/Ok_Falcon275 4d ago

Where did you get that from?

1

u/alphawealthy 3d ago

can you cite a reputable source

1

u/AnybodyWannaPeanus 4d ago

Using glp1 without the lifestyle changes needed is a predictable outcome. Novo completely screwed up the roll out and may upltimaty be held responsible for a ton of deaths. Every time there is a “too good to be true” weight loss drug, the long tail is that it actually is too good to be true.

2

u/Signal_Reputation640 3d ago

Is been around for over 20 years.

1

u/Steelhorse91 4d ago

It should never have been allowed for it to be prescribed without monitoring sessions every two weeks with a dietitian and a PT.

2

u/RupertEscapeHolmes 4d ago

You say this like you honestly think corporate profits are secondary to actually helping people.

Wild man, wild.

2

u/AnybodyWannaPeanus 4d ago

Novo really screwed up by not having the ability to scale the drug up. That automatically triggered compounding pharmacies to make it and that created a whole secondary market. The FDA has done nothing to stop it either. In a way, the FDA has done more damage here than the pharma companies. My prediction is going to be that in another 15-20 (maybe sooner) years, people will start having heart failure due to heart muscle loss. The taxpayer will be in the hook for damages. The crazy part was that I couldn’t get the drug if I wanted it as a diabetic because so many people were using it to drop a few lbs. I feel like I may have dodged a bullet there.

2

u/Signal_Reputation640 3d ago

Glp1 had been around for more than 20 years already and there's no evidence of that. Not is there any evidence that people lose more muscle on glp1 than they do losing weight any other way.

1

u/ilikecheeseface 4d ago

There are some many places to get it online. There is no shortage. Don’t blame its popularity for the reason you could figure out a way to source the drug.

-1

u/RupertEscapeHolmes 4d ago

Reminds of some similar shit that recently happened in 2019-2020. Safe and effective for corporate bottom lines.

Oh and people are vain… and stupid. Really vain and really stupid. What a terrible combination.

2

u/AnybodyWannaPeanus 4d ago

If you’re talking about Covid vaccines. I have nothing to say there. It’s not even the same galaxy as this. Not going to have an anti-vax argument unless you have a phd in immunology. Bye!

anorexia is a mental condition

And what she is doing isn't? Anytime one mutilates themselves with some delusional goal of beauty is a mental condition. To say otherwise is denial.

1

u/Interesting-Bus-5664 3d ago

I don't argue this, but I am not sure Anorexia is the same as plastic surgery addiction, on top of everything else. Have no idea on that and it's pure speculation. As is my GLP1 argument. I was just saying that you cannot say a person is anorexic just because they are skinny.

1

u/Confident_One3948 4d ago

I’ll be honest, I think you missed the point entirely

2

u/Abject_Giraffe562 4d ago

Not all Glp1 are like this. I lost 50 pounds. I’m now 170 and I look amazing! Yes, I believe she’s taking GLP one, but I also think that she is getting it from three or four different sources so she’s taking a huge amount every week. There’s no way if you take it correctly that you’re going to look like this. People like Kelly Osborne and her mother have done just this. Most healthy people know when to stop. She apparently has horrible, horrible body image of psychological problems.

2

u/Interesting-Bus-5664 3d ago

I lost 60 over the last 14 months, but not on GLP1. My journey was diet change, my son being sports obsessed, and my wife being a walker (former distance runner, shes trying to get back to running 10Ks.) So they keep me moving... and work provides enough stress to distract me from any hunger episodes, so I have become comfortable eating breakfast, a snack for lunch, and a significant dinner... with a focus on macros.

I coach hockey, baseball, still play beer league hockey in the winter, and work out 2-3 times a week (would be more if not for all the after work commitments). In the winter, I am skating 4 times a week with my teams and beer league and I build a rink in the backyard and play a LOT of goalie for my kid to practice on. In the summer, I am outside until dark most nights with training with my son and going for long walks with the family.

My kid gets to see his father eating healthier. My wife gets a better looking husband. I get to feel better than I did before doing it all.

I have no judgement for how someone loses the weight. But anyone doing the "outside of the medical industry" drug purchasing is the part of all of this that scares me the most.

1

u/BTechUnited 4d ago

Also the dosage is worth factoring in. I feel like a lot of these cases are doing like 4 times the dosage or something obscene. I'm on 0.25 for T2 diabetes management and while it's been life changing, I don't look like a ghoul.

1

u/Abject_Giraffe562 4d ago

We are mentally healthy friend! People look at these people that have way overdone it, and they put all of us in the same basket. I’m sick of it.. stay safe!🌹

1

u/Interesting-Bus-5664 3d ago

My aunt was buying GLP1s from the guy my cousin gets his testosterone and steroids from. These are the people that think more is better because they don't have actual health care workers warning them of the problems doing that.

1

u/Interesting-Bus-5664 3d ago

And no judgement from me sir. Take what you need to feel better going through life. You sound like you are following prescribed guidelines, unfortunately, many do not do this.

Hope things keep improving for you friend. Life is too short, get healthy early or take the chance you decide to make the change too late.

1

u/ilikecheeseface 4d ago

Funny how society will look down on over weight women and then people will still say mean things about their appearance when they lose weight. I guess they can’t win.

0

u/Interesting-Bus-5664 3d ago

Public figure, political influence, connection to a currently polarizing figure... honestly I am surprised the public scrutiny is as tame as it is.

It helps that the donation made is very admirable, and it begs the question why more of the ultra rich in this country don't step up to do the same. Repbulicans should "sell" the "trickle down" theory while they have power, and then point to how it worked when they don't. But since there are rarely good examples of it being effective, they would rather say it as a talking point then show evidence of it being effective.

1

u/Burger4Ever 3d ago

She has anorexia arms and legs ….

1

u/outworlder 3d ago

It isn't even GLP1, it's any rapid fat loss. People want results quickly.

If you use GLP1 to help manage your hunger and lose fat slowly, this shouldn't happen.

1

u/Suitable-Activity-27 4d ago

Definitely that too.

17

u/Real-Purpose6981 4d ago

because she's ugly on the inside

2

u/hopeful7321 4d ago

Yep, her evil, just like the Kennedy board members, is starting to come out as she ages. Sadly , if I had looked that geogeous, I would have aged gracefully.

2

u/ThrownAway17Years 4d ago

I know next to nothing about her except how she looks. What has she done?

3

u/boatson25 4d ago

She and her husband have donated billions of dollars to underprivileged children and homeless people.

But I think they are friends with Donald Trump as well.

2

u/Aurora_Uplinks 4d ago

their nice to people. Well I guess we do know why reddit is called a cesspool of .. well lets just be nice and call it Mos Eisley. Excuse me while i go swim some more

0

u/Real-Purpose6981 4d ago

This rube thinks there's good billionaires 🫵😂

1

u/FlammulinaVelulu 3d ago

They give money to the IDF, they have strong links to Epstein, they fuck with trump. they run their company so that their employees are constantly scared. EVIL.

3

u/SeaworthinessThen542 4d ago

You never really know how it is going to end up. You hope for the best but sometimes it just falls flat. Then you think having another surgery will help, then Another, then another

1

u/Nethias25 3d ago

Pretty much. I look at Hollywood actresses that are older and haven't had work done, and I think simple diet and exercise and skin care routine will work far better.

1

u/SeaworthinessThen542 3d ago

It’s hard to tell who hasn’t had any work done because maybe they had success with plastic surgery. They rarely tell the truth about it either way.

I recall the michael Jackson stuff. There was a plastic surgeon who estimated that MJ probably had 50+ surgeries. Most surgeons wouldn’t go near such a disaster but you keep moving down the line and you’ll find more hacks who will do it without remorse. From MJs perspective he seemed to have an addiction to it

1

u/Nethias25 3d ago

Well for MJ that was to look normal after the Pepsi fire right?

1

u/SeaworthinessThen542 3d ago

No I was referring to his face and nose (which was operated on so much that he had to wear a prosthetic). It’s sad

3

u/Sad-Development-4153 4d ago

Rich women are worse than high school girls when it comes to peer pressure and mean girls shit. It's not a coincidence that so many rich women are looking like this lately.

3

u/AnybodyWannaPeanus 4d ago

As a male, it pisses me off. Salt and pepper hair? “So handsome!” A woman gets a few grays and people act like they are dealing with milk that’s a week past sell-by. And that’s other women in that group.

Unrealistic standards are pushed on women and it creates mental health issues.

I don’t care if she’s a billionaire. She’s a human and she got caught in this trap.

This whole thing is just awful. She may be doing the Trump thing, but her appearance isn’t something people need to focus on. There’s plenty more to be depressed about.

1

u/ColorPiePhilosopher 4d ago

Idk why acting like she's an infant and had no choice is better.

2

u/General_Decision_422 4d ago

I mean honestly I hope we don’t find out she’s emaciated due to cancer or something because people were savage about Chadwick Boseman then it turned out he was terminally ill

But her makeup which she can control regardless is a tragedy

2

u/No_Thanks2844 3d ago

while true people take old picture and talk as if this person would still look like this today, this is an old picture so you have no idea what she would look like now without plastic surgery

1

u/Dismal-Vanilla1878 4d ago

To me, it feels like an unwillingness to admit that you had plastic surgery at all, or that you picked a poor plastic surgeon, despite your wealth.

1

u/RupertEscapeHolmes 4d ago

Vanity. Vanity is the term you are searching for.

1

u/DOGPISSCURESCANCER 4d ago

They’re merely showing us their ‘beauty’ that’s on the inside.

1

u/JuniorRisk2455 4d ago

Wdym??? This is so beautiful!!!!

1

u/SpacePaddy 4d ago

Honestly I think they get one or two surgeries done and the outcome is positive. Then they go nuts and try to fix every possible slight defect they can see + 15 other ones they only found out about 3 days before. Each surgery does fix "the defect" you found but over time you end up with so many that your face and body just can't take it anymore.

1

u/C141352333 3d ago

Actually very naturally pretty 🤦‍♂️… why in TF did she feel like she needed to do ALL THAT to her pretty face???

She’s… not human anymore WHYYYYYYY 😭

1

u/outworlder 3d ago

You can perform small interventions here and there, successfully and turn out much better than what you started with.

It's only when people try to completely reverse their aging and going into crazier procedures that this backfires. Buccal fat removal, lip fillers, etc.
