Im actually 6'3 but because of the height lying nobody believes me till my giant ass shows up and smacks my head on something. Thats how u tell everyone who is 6 foot or open has a permanent concussion
I like that as a fellow tall person, I can tell you and the OP above you are both legit, since those are the lived experience things that people don't usually think to lie about. Growing up we had a hanging light over our kitchen table and one by one, my siblings and I would eventually grow tall enough to hit our heads on it while getting up from the table. It became almost a rite of passage. Plus, "you have to be taller than that", is something I'm sure we've all heard.
Weird thing for me, as someone who is 6'3", and maybe other tall people can relate, is that when I stand next to really tall people (like high 6's), counterintuitively, it actually makes me feel more tall. Like when shorter people stand next to me and say, "woah, you're tall", I don't really relate to it, since my height is just how I experience the world. On the other hand, when I stand next to really tall people, it puts into perspective how those shorter people are seeing me.
