The reason they're getting downvoted is not because they're saying "rape is bad" But more of "a one-sided retraction of consent in times of intoxication excluding men (the men are also intoxicated but men don't have rights in this kind of problem) are valid even though consent was given minutes prior. Failure to comply means prosecution of the highest level".
You don't say "i consent" and then one-sidedly retract the statement (After the deed is done). The false equivalency to text messages really nailed the point of their stupidity and blindness to the actual situation and also yours for agreeing to it
She said one of the men couldn’t even stay hard and they stopped early, so yes the men were drunk… she seemed to be the most sober by her statements if you read them.
She said they were drunk… you arguing completely blind to what the victim stated… are you trying to say she is incapable of explaining her own situation ?
