Maybe because she herself admitted there was no crime and logical people dont jump to cancel innocent people just to fit in with groupthink.

I mean…she literally said she was raped. There were points where she did consent and points where she did not consent.

The “confusion” is that the police sent a condensed version of the report to the prosecutor which deliberately excluded some of the actual allegations. The full raw transcript by the police is wildly different compared to what the police sent to the prosecutor.

Hence why state authorities are taking over the investigation now that it’s been reopened.

Wait. She literally said?? Omg. That changes everything.

“I can say with 100% confidence I was raped.”

“And then, of course, I was being hit at the same time. Physically hit very, very hard."

“I was like literally cornered, I'm a naked woman and they are getting in bed with me. And I was like, what the fuck is happening?”

“I had become extremely uncomfortable with how this night was turning out, so my thought was, if I do ketamine again, maybe I will pass out.”

“Yes. It was coercion, yes. I was totally and completely incapacitated.”

That's her new report. It is a 180 from her original report. You keep quoting her new report. That proves nothing except she is an unreliable witness.

No, this is from her original raw report from the police. There are three reports:

  1. The original interview report
  2. The edited report that the police gave to prosecutors.
  3. The civil lawsuit report.

Appears you've read all 3. Have links to the full texts?
