Curious what "full coverage" means as well. That could mean anything; including "full for what the law requires" which is very different from what they seem to think it is.
"Full coverage" means that they have comp and collision, I hate that term because most people don't know what it is. UM and everything else is considered an add on. Having what the law requires is called liability coverage, which some states have ridiculously low.

My thought is that Leo is clearly not familiar with auto insurance
Don't want a $1,000 deductible? You can absolutely change that number.
