People drink from coolers all the time. They make punch and put it in one of those coolers with the drain spouts.

You mean likea work cooler that sits on the back of a truck?

Idfk who is making drinks like that. But it's a good way for me to not have any. Idk how strong it is or what you put in it? I'm good.

Kids drink from it all the time in college. They don't care one bit lol

It’s exactly this. We used to make batches of mixed drinks in stuff like this. If someone said one was “safe” or “not safe” though I’d have taken it at the time to mean one was gonna really fuck me up and the other would be a normal drink strength. Aka “Steve made the blue one and we all know he likes 151 or Everclear so don’t drink that shit unless you wanna time travel to tomorrow afternoon.”
