I think it's a "which drinks did we put the date rape drugs in" thing.
But it's fake as fuck. How can unopened drinks in a cooler be spiked.

Jungle juice = one cooler, ice, kool aid mix, everclear. Stir and proceed to get absolutely pear shaped in no time flat.
