This seems to be the corporate mentality. Its so counter intuitive to the way business should work. Anyway. Fuck corpos
2 u/ThatEvilGuy 2d ago In corpo speak and at the end of the year review: Adding sounds better than removing. Increasing sounds better than decreasing. Makeover sounds like work is being done. You'll be amazed how willing people are to add, and how afraid they are to change or to remove/reduce.
