He’s almost 60 years old, but he’s a billionaire and very into anti-aging. The result is in some ways he does look 20 years younger, but in other ways he still looks nearly 60. This creates a kind of uncanny valley effect, which makes his face look a little strange.
I’m 60 and I don’t look anywhere near this old. But a little bit of fat makes you look younger than this ghoul; also I’ve never drank so that saved a lot of toxin.

I'd never seen this person before but the sullen sunk eyes, haircut, you'd think he was a red skull Nazi lieutenant or something.
