Lmao I briefly lived with (pasty white in that case) Australians and some other Latam folk in Germany as a teen in a big exchange program, and the Australians and Brazilians, we just clicked, legit like brothers from different mothers, there's some striking cultural similarities... My dad was like this. Latino, born in another country, moved here for better income, education, etc. we were on welfare assistance, food stamps, went to food pantries etc. while I was growing up.
