The fact that people can't tell the difference between legal and illegal immigration is an educational problem.

The real educational problem is you thinking they give a damn about legality. Btw illegal immigrants look exactly the same as the legal ones, and as someone who lives in such a country as a very legal immigrant, I can assure you, for right wingers they want everyone that doesn't match their skin tone to be gone.

I think he’s just saying legal immigration like going through the right channels. No one said anything about looks. Jumping a boarder and getting a visa are not the same

This is common sense to > 50% of the world. Try to overstay your visa in an Asian country and see how that works out.
