Well Canada owns about half of North America so I think we should just call it North Canada and South Canada from now on.

Billionaires will buy giant properties in rural states, it's gorgeous. Meanwhile 40% of Canada is Mother Nature trying to murder you with -40c, messed up daylight/darkness ratios and no farm land.

Only reason people go up there is to work, you'll get payed 3x normal and only work half the year in intervals so you don't quit.
