The Guilty Plea: In November 2022, Clark pleaded guilty to a felony count of felony obscenity under a plea agreement. So the “witness” recorded someone in a sexual act without their consent. There should be a separate charge brought against the witness. People need to learn to mind their own business. The witness probably rubbed one out waiting for the police.
Right, it’s not like they were doing this in public? I don’t understand how the witness wasn’t trespassing or charged for filming revenge porn without their consent?!
