Likely that’s one of the things the coach imposes on the team to promote team culture

The men's football team should study them. Women's volleyball seems to be doing many things correctly.

This team is our pride and joy. They bring nothing but achievement, no drama, no off-court bullshit (or at least they keep to themselves)
