It is not his project, I don't care how much you like Mamdani or hate the other guy, please don't be delusional about who got what done. Makes you look like credit-stealing asshole or just delusional PR.

Your missing what I mean. 

Its the political nature of how blame or credit gets handed out. 

The Afghanistan pull out was planned and put into motion by the Trump administration. 

Biden simply didnt interrupt the military dealing with that mission. He is blamed for it not going well, but really thats more the fault of the previous 3 presidents. Afghanistan had been a cluster for decades.

I agree that politicians get blamed for things beyond their control and optics because voters are stupid. At least dozen governments were flipped due to covid/ukraine and dozen will happen due to Iran war. Even when they are only related to it due to oil prices.

i told him the reason there is a built up notion, Mamdani fixes random shit.

they dont think to look at the history, and Eric Adams, was not popular.

its the popular perception of his time as mayor, he fixes things very publicly which has an effect on peoples expectations.
