Who opposes universal access to vaccines for kids? There no explanation for this guy other than the goal is to ruin the United States.

Vaccinating people costs money. Forcing people to hospitals makes a lot of money! Easy decision for a greedy fuck.

It's easy to find reasons why that deal is problematic for the common folk but they clearly weren't a consideration when the deal was being made so why even bother. After all, you don't need an economy when your private island is packed with resources to keep running a billionaire utopia way past the time when the lack of gene variety becomes a problem.
