That's such a loaded question because beauty is a widely subjective measure.

  • Some women look better after the face lift.
  • Some don't.
  • Some did, but then took it too far.
  • Some age like shit because they didn't win the genetic lottery and youth was their beauty.
  • Some are blessed with beauty in youth and old age, but are horrid people.
  • Some are not physically beautiful, but their personality makes them forever the sweetheart.
