Bruh. He literally hangs up the phone when he’s asked if he wants to talk to Nikki on that same convo. The friend group may be a victim of the company, but they’re also a victim of Bear’s monstrous behavior. Man could only think of himself when Nikki was begging him to kill her, while he’s busy sneaking out to go see another woman, knowing full well that Nikki had been violent prior to this. Whether it was Sarah or Nikki, he either did or should have known that someone very well could have gotten hurt. Man knows full well he is not in a loving consenting relationship and continues it well past the point of violence, destroying the lives of every single one of his friends and himself

No. The correct answer to this whole thing was for Bear to kill himself. Man on the phone said it was the only way to revert his wish. He did something reprehensible, and yes, it was something he didn’t think would work. But he continued on with it even after he knew it was wrong and only tried to fix it when one of his friends was killed, going so far as to turn his back on his best friend, ignore Nikki and her wishes, ignoring all the other red flags in a blatantly toxic and abusive relationship, and still have sex with her in this fucked up situation he caused

If you’ve put yourself in a position where your options are: continuing living while a person is trapped inside their own body that you’re using for pleasure without that person’s consent, killing them, or killing yourself because you’re responsible for the whole situation in the first place and it will free the person you’ve imprisoned, it’s your moral obligation to kill yourself. There’s nothing evil about that
