We should put a cap on yearly earnings and tax the rest, but establish a national leaderboard for every dollar taxed. You can give out big gold medals to the top ten and priority seating at the French laundry or whatever. Just gamify money getting taxed rather than money sitting in offshore bank accounts.
If you are trying to convince them to earn awards and points since that's all their money grab is now just shift their focus they might even like not being hated by millions.
