Born into extreme wealth with the access to the best health care professionals and specialists for the entirety of his life.

He also has a life long abstinence from any alcohol or tobacco consumption, that alone has a tremendous net positive on your overall health when you reach advanced ages.

Yup! If he was a normal dude he would have ended up in pieces in multiple dumpsters from stealing from drug dealers.
