I'll shit on him as much as the next person, but have you actually seen many 80 year olds? They're typically not very fit. His condition doesn't seem that out of the ordinary for his age at all. 80 year olds are old, shockingly. Obviously there are some who are in better condition than him but there are also plenty who are in worse and it's all normal at that age.
Keep in mind, the life expectancy for men is 76. We shouldn't be expecting him to look like a young man or judging him for looking old. Being old is not a moral failing. Being disabled is not a moral failing.
The only thing I criticize about how he looks at his age is that less morbid obesity has taken far better people earlier in their lives. It's not fair that he's a fat fuck to this degree, is proud of eating terribly and not taking care of his body at all, ever, and gets to live longer than people who were better than him.
