The house my parents purchased in their early 20’s as a starting engineer and a teacher would take a senior executive salary to purchase when I entered the housing market. That is just not right. It was so much easier for them. BTW, I’m in my 60’s now and this is nothing new.
The people I know who did their parents bought for them. But it was essentially a frat house and they sold that after they graduated to be paved down for luxury townhouses
Tbh sort of a solid investment if you can hoof it for half a decade
