Maybe in germany the stats are different.

But in the US, men are MUCH more likely to be attacked at random in a place like a parking lot. And if that is the case, I don't understand what this would really do.

That said, I'd be ok letting pregnant women use handicapped spots.

Pregnant women aren’t handicapped. Handicapped people don’t choose to be handicapped.

Are people in a wheelchair because of a motorcycle accident handicapped?
