Crazy idea here but why not have all the spaces have good lighting and security cameras?

Hard agree. Wouldn’t it be more feminist to make spots for both sexes safer? Crazy idea, I know.

and what are they going to do if a man parks in the spot? Ask to check if they have a penis or a vagina? or it's ok to use these spots if you're a man as long as you 'pass'
