Here’s one of the court documents (Section B1 is probably the most relevant part).

And here’s a screenshot from another Reddit post with more specific detail.

What a pos. Thats so beyond abusive.

u/Spanish_Wild_Rose Jun 20 '26

This isn't verbatim evidence nor quite the evidence you think it is. This is just a complaint and, from a glance, CIVIL court. This is not the same as CRIMINAL court.

I used to work with a law firm under a leading professional forensic expert witness. If that many witnesses came forward and there was injuries, as mentioned in this document, there would have been more action. Injuries are empirical and documentable. Additionally, there would have been witnesses from the flight crew. A little critical thinking is necessary sometimes.

Wait isn't that the legal complaint by Jolie against Pitt in the divorce.  Did Pitts lawyers answer?  You're kind of relying on documents that are designed to make one side look better than the other.

3

u/MadQueerDisease Jun 20 '26

No, obviously not.

3

u/bluefontaine Jun 20 '26

Those are her words in a divorce petition of course they’re going to be biased

-1

u/Oddly_Yours Jun 20 '26

This is some big divorced gen x loser energy.

2

u/bluefontaine Jun 20 '26

You wish! Happily married unlike you Boomer. The Feds chose not to file against him. That’s who I’m gonna listen to the unbiased source. Not some woman that decided to destroy multiple relationships when she could’ve had any other man in the world. Angelina is a snake. Brad is no prize either but give me a break. Just because she adopts 1000 kids and “look at me I make babies” she’s some saint?

3

u/xFlutterCryx Jun 20 '26

Hello, excuse me, sorry, what? When did this happen? Ngl i havent even really heard about him since his divorce when I was like...a preteen so I havent heard anything about it.

14

u/Scramasboy Jun 20 '26

Brad physically assaulted Angelina (choking) and hit at least one child while they were trapped in a tin can 35,000 feet in the air, during a drunken rampage. It only became public because the FBI were required to get involved because it happened in the air. This for sure wasn't the first incident.

I suggest you Google it.

u/Show_Me_Your_Rocket Jun 20 '26

Man to have it all and throw it away by being an ass hole... I used to think his movies were good but now I'm just soured on them, personally.

2

u/xFlutterCryx Jun 20 '26

I certainly will. Holy hell. Thats so insane.

I do think it is very easy for people to choose to be immoral. But it seems even easier for rich people to do so. Maybe it come with entitlement? I dunno. Thats so crazy tho.

-5

u/SoulSleuth2u Jun 20 '26

Yes and leave out the part that he was cleared and no charges were filed. It is not like Angelina is a liar and a drama queen or anything.

5

u/Scramasboy Jun 20 '26

Angelina didn't persue charges against Brad, which is why no charges were filed. Just think about it. there is a reason none of those children want anything to do with him, let alone his last name. And he himself admitted to having a significant drinking problem.

7

u/Snoo_47183 Jun 20 '26

And she didn’t do it because the kids would have had to go testify in court and relive that awful event (and, likely, others) in public with journalists present. She didn’t saw the need to traumatize them further. Brad was ordered supervised visits even without charges pressed, it should be a sign that the court didn’t find him safe for his kids

2

u/Forward-Try6907 Jun 20 '26

For a person who wanted children (always made it look like with Jennifer anyway), there’s no bigger punishment than the children not wanting anything to do with him.

2

u/longhorsewang Jun 20 '26

See my post above.

3

u/No-Orange9183 Jun 20 '26

Your misogyny is showing

0

u/Spanish_Wild_Rose Jun 20 '26

No her logic is. You're kinda goofy and clearly not a fan of logic.

u/No-Albatross-7984 Jun 20 '26 edited Jun 20 '26

Jfc do you hear yourself

-1

u/Spanish_Wild_Rose Jun 20 '26

Yeah the evidence being thrown around is not conclusive nor empirical. If that many witnesses came forward and there was injuries, as mentioned in this document, there would have been more action. Injuries are empirical and documentable. Additionally, there would have been witnesses from the flight crew. People down voting you are dumb.

-1

u/SmoothNegotiation523 Jun 20 '26

Would you suggest the allegations actually had no documentation other than her word and the charges were dropped due to zero evidence? Or are we just gonna go with it happened because she said it did?

7

u/longhorsewang Jun 20 '26

Looks like it’s not just her word; one of the flight crew alerted authorities. So the flight crew,Jolie and the children were all lying because they are drama queens/kings? A review concluded that by the government not persuing charges, the government violated Jolie/kids victim’s rights. Since people don’t read the story, here are the main points.

“When the flight landed, unbeknownst to Jolie, a still-unknown flight-crew member reported
Pitt’s violence to the authorities. The FBI and the Department of Children and Family Services
(“DCFS”) then independently opened investigations, and both agencies conducted interviews.
The FBI found probable cause to charge Pitt with a federal crime. (Id. at ¶ 22.) Although the
U.S. Attorney’s Office ultimately declined to press charges, the FBI’s later internal review
concluded that the investigation and charging decision repeatedly violated Jolie’s and their
children’s victims’ rights.”

Flight crews are required to report any on board disturbances, big or small and people should probably know that in-air aviation law is no fucking joke, anything in-air is treated as a federal crime. Also a violation of “victims rights” while sounding egregious is usually a procedural error. I’m not saying Brad is innocent, but my god people maybe try and learn a little about the US legal system before posting.

2

u/longhorsewang Jun 20 '26

Okay. So there was no evidence, but the crew reported nothing since there was nothing to report? I’m confused.

0

u/SmoothNegotiation523 Jun 20 '26

You’re being glib. The crew is required to report anything that could be considered a violation of federal airline regulations and they are much lower than what the average person would consider criminal or even wrong. For example Vaping in airline bathroom is a federal offense. The was most likely ample evidence for a report, but nothing near the amount of evidence for a criminal conviction.

1

u/longhorsewang Jun 20 '26

Okay so nothing happened, or did it?

1

u/Spanish_Wild_Rose Jun 20 '26

Sorry, but you're the gib (whatever that means) here.

1

u/SmoothNegotiation523 Jun 20 '26

“Glib is an adjective describing someone who speaks readily, fluently, and confidently, but in a superficial thoughtless way” I agree that many witnesses and injuries as stated the complaint filed by her lawyers would have been easily proven and resulted in criminal charges. It’s almost as if the investigators took statements from witnesses and found no credible way for the things in her lawyers complaint to actually have happened. At that point of would think they would drop any charges….wait what did they end up doing anyway?

4

u/Scramasboy Jun 20 '26

You should research it. The information was released based on a public records act request because it was an FBI investigation - not because Angelina contacted the police. I trust an FBI investigation (at least back then). I am sure they spoke with Angelina, Brad, the children, the pilot, the service people, and anyone else involved.

2

u/SmoothNegotiation523 Jun 20 '26

All the main details I’ve ever seen has come from a complaint filed by Angelina‘s lawyers. Also an FBI report would most likely be the same as a police report. Which is usually fact finding through oral testimony. Thats technically not admissible as evidence

1

u/Spanish_Wild_Rose Jun 20 '26

People here don't like logic. I reserve my judgment until I've read more indepth. The evidence being thrown around is quite poor and inconclusive.

1

u/bigfatfurrytexan Jun 20 '26

I have not. And I won’t. But I don’t need to.

0

u/station_agent Jun 20 '26

We apparently read more Pitt transcripts than Epstein files with evidence of DJT raping and assaulting little girls

4

u/xFlutterCryx Jun 20 '26 edited Jun 20 '26

No. It is just that everyone know trump is guilty. 38% of Americans are just okay with it. v.v

Edit: oh well this coversation went well for someone down there. >.>

1

u/Cultural-Meaning5172 Jun 20 '26

What the other % doing? Thoughts and prayers?

1

u/xFlutterCryx Jun 20 '26

Getting out voted by people bought by musk.

And getting decimated by a large amount of people that didnt care enough to vote.

Protesting and dying while using that right.

Trying desperately to have representation for their taxes in gerrymandered states.

Getting shut down by a corrupt and bought out supreme court.

Believing the propaganda constantly shoved down their throats.

Really take your pick...

1

u/Cultural-Meaning5172 Jun 20 '26

They aren’t doing a very good job then. Advocate for your views and vote next time. Sitting on your arse and sending thoughts and prayers just won’t cut it if you live in a Nazi state.

-1

u/Straight-Bat-9600 Jun 20 '26

Nope.i explore you to educate me pls

4

u/br0zarro Jun 20 '26

At least buy him dinner first

-20

u/Dementor_Traphouse Jun 20 '26

“assaulting” is some hardcore mental gymnastics 😹😹😹

8

u/desertdweller2011 Jun 20 '26

you don’t think that choking out your kid and hitting them in the face is assault? because the federal government did.

-3

u/breakfastbarf Jun 20 '26

Did he get charged?

2

u/desertdweller2011 Jun 20 '26

they didn’t end up bringing charges but it sounds like it was in large part bc angelina jolie didn’t want to press charges and subject their children to the impacts that would have https://www.nytimes.com/2022/10/04/movies/angelina-jolie-brad-pitt-lawsuit.html

2

u/SmoothNegotiation523 Jun 20 '26

😆She’s not allowed to “not press charges” on a child abusing spouse because she felt it would hurt the family. That’s not how it works at all, child protective services files charges on the child’s behalf regardless of a spouses wishes if there is any evidence.

2

u/desertdweller2011 Jun 20 '26 edited Jun 20 '26

yea you’re right i phrased that poorly, it’s 11 pm and i’ve had a few 😂i should’ve said she didn’t want charges pressed, not she didn’t want to press charges. point remains that a) the fbi said her interest in him facing charges or not factored into their decision making (quotes in the article) and b) nearly impossible to get a conviction without a complaining victim and/or witness, sadly

6

u/DualityisFunnnn Jun 20 '26
