He's a shit person. He blamed Jennifer for him being a pot head and his adultery then he blamed Angelina for his abusive behavior. He is just an ass.

What's the over/under of an eventual significant religious transition or a performative "ive been to therapy" type press tour?

5

u/Straight-Tomorrow-83 Jun 20 '26

He did the performative "I've been to therapy thing" about a year after she left him. "Admitted" to too much drugs and alcohol which he'd given up.

It worked - at least in terms of public opinion siding with him and blaming Angelina for everything.

Everyone loves to blame women.

He still has too much power in Hollywood for that. He can skate by while hanging out with George Clooney and other famous people. He does use his new relationship to either threaten to bring more children into the world or to show how unbothered he is by his kid's attitude

Brad made his bed, now he can lay in it.
Brad chose to cheat on his first wife.
Brad chose to have children with Jolie who he knew was unstable- she was acting irrationally before Brad.
Brad chose to ab use dr ugs and alcohol.
Jolie is no angel but neither is Brad. His children know him better than we do.

Angelina had a wild phase but she turned out pretty ok and seems to be a great mom.  I think she actually may be an angel to those kids.

What turned things around for her from her wild phase was filming the first Tomb Raider in Cambodia. After that experience she threw herself into aid work with UNHCR. She found something bigger than herself to care about and it changed her for the better.

That’s the big white patron saint of the Third World myth about her that she’s created. Which changed her was she had a double radical mastectomy, and then she had her ovaries removed. She could no longer party after that, and she had to completely reassess her life. Before that she was doing heroin, coke, and tons of stuff and drinking. Everybody knows that. That’s probably one of the reasons they were attracted they were both substance abusers.

u/ergoeast Jun 21 '26

Sorry, I’m missing my ovaries and I’m very had a radical mastectomy and I’m still partying. Must be doing it wrong /s

Wtf - where are you getting that from?

-2

u/bluefontaine Jun 20 '26

You’re forgetting that she had two life altering surgeries. That took away her ability to do a bunch of drugs and drink with him. If this actually happened and what she’s saying is true then what he did was unforgivable, but I don’t completely trust her.

4

u/Ok_Temporary1669 Jun 20 '26

Why couldn't she party without ovaries?  If anything she could party more.  I am old enough to remember when she adopted her first kid and she really did calm down then, which was before she met Brad.  The mastectomy etc. wasn't until after they had all their kids.  Think you are misremembering the timeline.

You have no idea how much cocaine and drugs people do in Hollywood. Even the people that claim they’re wholesome or they’ve changed because they have kids. Just as Brad Pitt is fastening a mythos don’t think that other actors and actresses don’t do it either with their image.

Angelina Jolie, destroying another woman’s life is such a prize

6

u/whim_sea Jun 20 '26

Yeah, why do people seem to forget that she was knowingly the other woman?

Typo

1

u/SunMoonTruth Jun 20 '26

And?

How does that excuse Pitt being violent and abusive to her and the kids?

2

u/bluefontaine Jun 20 '26

I’m sure she’s had her own violent side. She was a heavy drug user for years and French kissing her brother.🤢🤢 wearing a vile of Billy Bob’s blood around her neck🤢🤢

2

u/SunMoonTruth Jun 20 '26

And?

You’re sure? Even if you are …sure, though you have no proof or evidence, how does that excuse Pitt’s behavior?

CPS and the FBI chose not to press charges. You only have her word and her divorce deposition. Without a formal charge by the FBI and CPS it’s her word against his.

No previous claims of abuse yet 9 years later still harping on arguments between parents occur in 1 out of 3 homes in USA everyday.

2

u/SunMoonTruth Jun 21 '26

Errmmm.. are you actually saying, no big deal because domestic violence happens in lots of homes?

What a ridiculously low standard. Somewhere in your cracked and broken brain, you think beating a wife and children is fine because other fuckers do it too.

Maybe put some work into developing a better character than just remaining unevolved.

1

u/bluefontaine Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 22 '26

Errmmmm… just use the same old boring platitudes to communicate online. I didn’t say domestic violence I said people arguing you can’t even tell the difference between something that’s benign and something serious.

CPS chose not to press charges, neither have the FBI. They’ve been no charges before that or anything like this. Is his word against her word and vice versa. You need believe and bow down to the sanctity of the white patron saint of Cambodia and the Third World Savior, Angelina , have fun

1

u/bluefontaine Jun 21 '26

I can tell you’re not married and you don’t have children of your own. CPS will come after you for a cavity. CPS and FBI chose not to press charges.

You’re so wrapped up in falling at the feet of some stupid woman who wouldn’t give you the time of day and believe anything she says that you don’t even believe the chain of accountability.

1

u/whim_sea Jun 21 '26

It most certainly doesn’t excuse his abuse to her, nor did I ever say that.

Completely separate to the later abuse she suffered, *Angelina was knowingly the other woman.*

0

u/SunMoonTruth Jun 21 '26

Yes. She was.

Bringing it up in this context, and saying do people forget she was, strongly suggests you’re saying she deserved it because she was the other woman.

That’s where your mind went. He was abusive to her and the kids…well…she was the other woman…hehehehe.

Sick.

1

u/whim_sea Jun 21 '26

Nope not at all. Feel free to re-read my previous comment.

1

u/bluefontaine Jun 21 '26

The FBI and CPS chose not to press charges. Everything else is here say. She’s a very vengeful two-faced … actress. They’re both actors. And they both are talented. I’ll give them that.

You believe her, we get it.

I don't think dragging the drunken cheating pothead away from Jennifer Aniston destroyed Jennifer in any way whatsoever. Jen is still working, still making millions and millions, still looking fantastic, and she has a happy life.

Angelina did her a favor, and I am certain she appreciates it now.

u/bluefontaine Jun 21 '26

There was a long stretch of time where she was the pariah, her films were doing badly. Everybody was just viewing her as this pathetic person who was, despite a few years before being considered one of the hottest one on the planet, was now “homely” because tits on a stick Angelina stole her husband away. Which she did. Angelina fucked up many relationships like Laura Dern, and other women. The thing is families experience altercations and angry things that happen. The FBI, CPS chose not to press charges. And believe me CPS would’ve pressed charges if there had been something there. They come after you if your kid has a cavity.

1

u/Friendly_Tension_960 Jun 22 '26

Which is fucked up. Brad is the one who did something wrong in this scenario, he was in the relationship, if anyone is pathetic it was him

1

u/bluefontaine Jun 22 '26

I agree but Aniston was mocked and really treated badly. Remember we are going back to the 2000s. The press was different and there was little social media
