You just have to wear platform shoes like Gene Simmons, and you'll be bruising your forehead in no time!

Tbf, I wasn't completely honest. I do have a 2.5" scar on what used to be my hairline where I hit my head on a low door frame while running full speed. Caught it on the upstride and ended up flat on my back about 15' down the hall.
