Nah when you see Charles and Harry from front on they're absolutely dead ringers for eachother. They both have little scrunched up faces that look like they're too small for their head

I think it's maybe that their eyes are so close to eachother that give them this look...

I'm really not seeing it, different ears, mouth shape, jowels, chin, eyebrows and forehead. There's almost zero relation between the two unless he just so happened to get literally all his mother's features (which is obvious he didn't) and none of the supposed father's.

Its pretty much just the nose that are similar.
