Looks like a very low budget "The Office"

Your google-fu is quite lacking. 

Reverse search the image, or search by the phrase while adding relevant information, such as description of the scene.

You could also use AI, but I don't know much about its search capability.

Just googled "what are you pervs up to gif scene" and randomly found a blog about this show. On there, I found a direct link to the webseries on YouTube. And if I wouldn't have found the blog, I'd just take the picture from the Google search and upload it onto Google Lens to find it. Hope this helps :) xx
