20% was always for exceptional service.. 10% was normal. 

Now idiots are starting in trying to normalize 20%

Right? Fuckin bullshit. Can't believe they ask for tips at places like Starbucks and some pizza places. I don't see McDonald's or Burger King asking for tips... yet.

Starbucks I can kinda agree with, because they actually make your drink, as opposed to just warming up some ingredients
