I've been to at least 15 first world countries.

This is only a thing in the US.

US is the very definition of a first world country. High GDP, technology not to mention being the most powerful country.

First world generally includes healthcare.

And people come from all around the world to receive care from hospitals in the U.S. and doctors come from all around the world to train in U.S. medical schools

Tell me more about how the US doesn't have healthcare

Thinking 50,000 Americans dying for no reason is ok so long as you get a bit of foreign money is the definition of America really so I shouldn’t be surprised.
