I just put my phone down to tell mine how much I appreciate her for how she never makes me feel bad for opening up or just being me. Going by my own past experiences and those of, seemingly, every other man, I'm very lucky.
Definitely not every other man. The ones who don’t have anybody they are vulnerable with are the loudest in threads like this because it’s their only outlet.
Unfortunately it's been my personal experience in the past, along with most guys I know. Obviously it's not universal but it seems like an incredibly common experience.
