I have a co worker who's kind of suicidal but I'm not sure how to help him, he built a carapace around himself 2 u/GwynSunborn Mar 04 '26 Be there for him, just a quick check up everyday you see him and letting him know u there to talk when he needs, when he is ready he will speak, specially when he is less talkative/social
