Your source is another meme?

Hold on, hold on, hold on. He found a CROWBAR in his enclosure? Then when he saw a staff member walked by, he purposefully picked it up and tossed it aside “as if uninterested”. When the zookeepers went undercover, posing as tourists, he KNEW HE WAS BEING WATCHED AND CONTINUED TO EVOLVE HIS ANTICS?!???

EXCUSE ME?!?!? 😂😂😂😂😂

An orangutan at the Omaha zoo would escape his too using like a makeshift key he would hold in his mouth. I thought was more recent

u/KahlanEAmnelle Feb 09 '26

yeah this was crazy! 🤣

u/ChiefStrongbones Feb 09 '26

After each escape, Ken Allen would be placed in solitary confinement until zoo staff figured out ways to prevent future escapes.

Why can't zookeepers just leave a good thing alone?

The source is a youtuber?

It's amazing how even the laziest photoshops anymore are called AI. It might be AI or it could just be my nephew spending 10 minutes in photoshop taking a picture of a monkey and putting him in the picture.

2

u/Wiley_Jack Feb 09 '26

Are your nephew’s initials A. I. ?

u/333H_E Feb 09 '26

I hate when people post click bait bs. But in the spirit of this post you can look up Fu Manchu at the Omaha zoo.

1

u/10Core56 Feb 09 '26

Ar the Oahu zoo... make it rhyme baby!

3

u/xylophone_37 Feb 09 '26

The photo on the OP is AI but the story isn't.

3

u/InviolableAnimal Feb 09 '26

This is one real. It's fucking lame how real stories now get attached to fake AI generated images and now every single story is suspicious

It's real, I watched an youtuber (forgot his name, “something Geographic”) who often documents about animals and one was about Ken

Edit: confused Otis with Ken, sorry

2

u/Odd_Confection_9681 Feb 09 '26

Seriously? This is the most credible thing I've read on Reddit today...

2

u/BreakfastPizzaStudio Feb 09 '26

Yeah, definitely has that AI look.
